WINEMAKER NOTES Boysenberry and chocolate nibs. A medium rare steak. Wonderful interplay between sweet and savory. Big fruit and bold personality. Blueberry, clove and bacon. Well-built Todos blend thanks to ample sunshine during the growing season and harvest. It is not a shy Todos, but the best secret of this wine is that it stays in balance thanks to the length of the structure and the Ballard Canyon acidity. The tannins are so fine and mouth coating, like a fine powder. Along the journey, this Todos crosses from black to red and then from blue to green.
