2021 Cabernet Sauvignon from our 47-year-old Estate Vineyard—some of the oldest Cabernet in Santa Barbara County. Farmed in Organic practices, aged for 20 months in 40% new and 60% neutral oak. 

Tasting notes

Aromas of blackberry and brown sugar, flavors of black cherry and allspice—with layers of texture and richness. This wine that will only get better with age. 

Production notes

Harvested from our Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 1971. 100% de-stemmed. Fermented in stainless steel open top tanks with native yeast. Gentle cap management with pump overs. Racked only once prior to bottling. Bottled without fining or filtration. 500 cases bottled June 6, 2023.
