This is hands down our favorite rendition of our Carignane. We know this fruit intimately, and nailed the picking window in '18. We've also experimented so much with maceration times that we've found that sweet spot between textural depth and weightlessness. The aromatics are very concentrated, and lean heavily toward the spice box end of the spectrum. On the palate, there is incredible concentration for such a delicate wine. All neutral oak for 9 months. No fining or filtering.
