Vintage white wine blend consisting of Albariño (48%), Chardonnay (14%), and Viognier (38%) grown in the Santa Ynez Valley AVA. All put directly to press, whole cluster, and fermented separately in stainless steel barrels at a max temp of 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Both the Chardonnay and Albariño were aged completely in neutral French oak barrels. MONDIAL is an intentional dry white, blend, whose grape components change vintage to vintage. The intent will always be, fragrant aromatics, balanced fruit, rich texture, and a bright finish.
