This incredible Cabernet is a blend of grapes taken from our oldest block, planted by Erik Branderin 1975, which produces a minimal amount of fruit since 2010, and the younger 'Erik's Block' , which Fred Brander favors for its diverse flavors. This wine shows wonderful notes of ripe cherry and tart blackberries, warm spices and light cedar. With age, this wine will continue to develop and will drink beautifully well between 2028 and 2033.
