Our 2017 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of bing cherry and cranberry, along with notes of violet and new leather. These beautiful fruit notes are laced with hints of molasses and cracked pepper. At first sip, pronounced flavors of red plum, raspberry and cola greet the palate, along with subtle whispers of baking spice. This lovely wine has a long finish, with traces of chocolate in the smooth, fine-grained yet firm tannins. The focused flavors and bright acidity perfectly balance and produce a full-bodied yet refined wine.
