Unoaked and aged in steel - hence the name - this is a clean tasting Chardonnay but retains fathoms of depth. There are generous buttery nuances, a bright yet mellow citrus and firm, rounded apricot-peach fruit. Unassuming and rewarding, a great choice to accompany goat's cheese with beetroot tartare & pumpernickle.
