Membership terms

Cancellation Policy:

No charge to be a member. You may cancel your membership anytime after one year (or four shipments) from the date of registration. If you need to cancel before the year is complete you will be charged the average amount for the remaining of the year's shipments.


Pricing: 

Central Coast Intro: $75 avg.*

Central Coast Deep Dive: $120 avg.*

VIP Club: $150 avg.*

Bernat Club: $95 avg*

*Pricing is for 2 bottle shipments. If choosing the 6 or 12 bottle options, pricing would be adjusted accordingly. We would be happy to upgrade your Wine Club to a different quantity or add additional clubs anytime. Call us at 805-688-7265 ext. 6 or email us at wine@winemerchantcafe.com. You may also log into your account and add a club. If you would like to cancel your membership, please contact us.

Shipping Schedule for ALL clubs EXCEPT Bernat Club:

Fall Shipment - Late September/Early October
Winter Shipment - Late November/Early December
Spring Shipment - Early March
Summer Shipment - Late May/Early June

Bernat Club has one shipment in the fall - Late November/Early December

Shipping dates will vary slightly and will be delayed if there are extreme weather conditions.


Pick Up Wines Policy:

Our customers who choose to pick up their wine club wines need to pick up their wines within 90 days of the initial pick-up date. At that time they may choose to have the wines shipped or they will by default be returned to our inventory. We request our customers notify us of their preference by email. If the customer does not reach out to us before 90 days to make arrangements to pick up or ship, then by default, wines will be returned to our shelves and an in-store credit may be applied to another wine purchase at their next visit.
