This hard to come by Rosé by Liquid Farm is a delightful blend of 95% Mourvedre with 5% Grenache grown from the esteemed Vogelzang vineyard in Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara.
After barrel fermenting (all neutral oak), they move the wine over to tank for a few short months before bottling.
Light pink, fine mousseux, delivate, fresh and spicy fragrance, with hints of strawberries, dry, fruity and creamy, delicate on the palate, with elegant acidity and mineral extract.
