Our 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of clove, dried tobacco, and rich dark cocoa along with a touch of red currant and fig. This powerful yet elegant wine certainly doesn’t hold back, and upon first sip, the rich flavors greet the palate with dark, seductive, layered intensity.

A rich, enveloping texture carries notes of dark cherry and cranberry, which are laced with hints of dark chocolate and anise. Traces of blackberry and boysenberry linger, and the abundant layers continue to unfold with each sip. The finish is delightfully long and fresh in this stunning example of a Happy Canyon Cabernet.

Full-bodied, with bold fruit, rustic charm, and an impeccable balance of acid and velvety rich tannins, this elegant 2019 vintage will reveal its true potential with a few years in the cellar.
