Long, cool fermentations are employed to gently coax out chewy tannin structure while preserving elegant aromatics. Judicious aging in newer oak barrels lends depth while preserving varietal character. The resulting wine is delightfully food-friendly with firm acidity for a composed presentation. Warm and inviting, it's ready to enjoy now through 2030.
