Hand made in the traditional sparkling method, this Blanc de Noirs is bottle fermented and aged for 24+ months on the lees (yeast) in bottle to produce tiny, delicious bubbles. Disgorged, corked, caged and labeled by hand, these limited bottles have been handled with the utmost care and attention.
