
Hand made in the traditional sparkling method, this Blanc de Noirs is bottle fermented and aged for 24 months on the lees (yeast) in bottle to produce tiny, delicious bubbles. Disgorged, corked, caged and labeled by hand, these limited bottles have been handled with the utmost care and attention.

On the nose, it has very enticing aromatics of lightly toasted brioche and granny smith apples; the palate is citrusy and vibrant, but also delicate and round, with Meyer lemon zest and vanilla bean custard flavors complementing one another. This is a wine to be enjoyed on any special occasion, or simply to make any moment special.
