From The Winery:

Tasting Notes:
Dry. Grapefruit, lemon, granny smith, and a touch of orange peels.

Production:
Skin contact for 20 hours. The juice quickly seperates from the skins. Unfiltered.

On Fermentation:
4 weeks of fermentation in take at 50*F.

On Elevage:
6 months on lees in stainless steel.
