The 2018 Mélange Blanc is a wine with luscious aromatics of crushed pineapple, jasmine and Meyer lemon zest, layered with graham cracker crust, marzipan and brioche. The complexity on the nose gives way to a rich and elegant texture that unfurls in the mouth as orange oil and white peach, balanced with focused acidity.
Raised 22 months on the lees in French oak barrels, 30% new oak. Unfined and Unfiltered. 125 Cases Produced.
